      About the role
      Ventia is seeking a full-time Senior Bid Writer to play a pivotal role in securing opportunities for our ANZ Infrastructure Services business. You will produce high quality bid content and work collaboratively with teams on multi-authored documents to meet strict deadlines.

      This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth.

      Duties:
      As a Senior Bid Writer you will:

      • Produce high-quality bid responses incorporating required content and key messages
      • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop sections
      • Write targeted bid content from research and discussions
      • Provide substantive and final editing within tight timeframes.

      About You
      To be considered for this role you must have:

      • At least 5 years' experience preparing complex bids in a tier 1 infrasture Services or engineering bid environment
      • Demonstrable professional level writing and editing skills
      • Superior communication skills, including knowing when and how to communicate in the bid environment
      • MS Word formatting skills (use of Styles and templates)
      • Knowledge of the infrastructure industry.

      Preferred attributes include:

      • Professional writing/editing qualification
      • Bid process training
      • Experience in strategy, win theme and/or content development
      • Ability to develop supporting imagery/graphics.
