      Your Role: Bids and Project Associate

      As a Bids and Project Associate within our Underwater Systems division, you'll play a pivotal role in managing bids and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering competitive offers.

      This is a full-time permanent role based at our site in Rydalmere primarily within the Autonomous Systems support and technology development projects area.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Collaborate with bid and project teams to craft high-quality, competitive bids.
      • Assist bid and project managers in executing bid and project activities aligned with business goals.
      • Coordinate closely with Bid & Project Managers for efficient delivery.
      • Assist in coordinating project team for delivery of project work-packages
      • Engage and communicate effectively, exceeding stakeholder expectations.
      • Coordinate input from suppliers, partners, and subcontractors.
      • Assist in internal and customer reporting.
      • Monitor KPIs and mitigate emerging risks.

      Your Skills:

      • Engineering Degree or relevant field.
      • Diploma/Cert IV in Project Management (or willingness to work towards attainment).
      • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
      • Excellent written communication skills, including content authoring and editing.

      Desired Experience:

      • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
      • Experience with Defence ASDEFCON procurement.
