- Supporting the Human Resources team and hiring managers with all aspects of the recruitment and talent acquisition function for both Big Night Entertainment Group and CardVault by Tom Brady
- Acting as the primary administrator for ATS systems and job boards
- Collaboratively consulting with hiring managers to determine current staffing needs
- Evaluating applications, reviewing resumes, and completing initial prescreen interviews to vet applicants
- Sourcing applicants across various platforms; maintaining a strong applicant pool and relationships for future needs
- Assisting with organizing and participating in career fairs, college recruiting and other hiring events
- Responsible for the overall candidate experience, delivering a seamless and positive hiring process for all applicants
- Maintaining company job descriptions and postings
- Conducting reference and background checks
- Creating and sending offer letters, confidentiality agreements, and other company documentation for hire; submitting new hire requests and uploading this documentation into the HRIS system
- Administrative duties such as filing and record keeping
- Additional projects involving other Human Resources functions may be assigned
- Other duties as required
- High School Diploma required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition experience is required
- Hospitality or retail industry experience a plus
- General interest and knowledge in sports industry and/or trading cards a plus
- Bi-lingual, Spanish-speaking is a plus
- UKG experience preferred
- Must take strong initiative while maintaining a balance of both patience and persistence
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities, as well as strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- The ideal candidate will be adaptable to company needs; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for recruitment and an interest in growing within this Human Resources function is a must
- This position is located in beautiful new office at The Hub on Causeway with scenic views of the Zakim bridge. This role is primarily office-based but some flexibility for a hybrid schedule may be offered after completion of new hire introductory period
- May be required to work outside of traditional office hours on occasion including nights and weekends when requested
- Job functions require hours of sitting, typing, and use of a computer
