What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and document required background check requests and results
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance of background checks
- Communicate with individuals regarding their background check status
- Support team with reference checks and other documentation as needed
- Assist with state and ORR audits and policy updates related to background screening
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 3 years of employment experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Smartsheets
- Strong communication and project management skills
- High level of confidentiality required
