What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between internal clients and the BCBS Association and Blue Plans
- Lead large, complex departmental and/or divisional projects
- Research, analyze, and prepare complex data for business decisions
- Produce and distribute various business documents to internal and external audiences
- Lead audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years' experience in guiding/consulting business units
- Solid understanding of the health insurance industry
- Fluent in Spanish, both speaking and in writing/reading
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Blue Cross Blue Shield Association structure, policies, processes, and platforms
- Experience with managing external vendors or affiliates
