      Benefits and Compensation:

      • $20.00 - $25.00 / hour
      • Earn an additional $2.00/hour (premium pay) for hours worked in the home setting starting at 3 pm
      • Increase for RBT certification

      What You Will Do:

      • Teach kids through play, following a treatment plan specific to each child
      • Observe, play, and collect data to write progress notes
      • Help kids learn essential life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills
      • Work on goals to turn challenging behaviors into communication skills
      • Make a difference in a child's life!

      Skills and Qualities We Are Looking For:

      • Paid experience working with kids (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA)
      • Energetic, playful, creative, quick thinker
      • Dependable—someone clients and families can rely on
      • Ability to get up and down off the floor and move quickly
      • Tech-savvy—comfortable with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
      • Desire to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care
      • Interest in evidence-based, scientifically supported methods
