  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Cultivate strong advisor-consultant relationships with pharmacy customers to enhance their operational success
  - Deliver targeted training modules and tailored offerings to empower pharmacy owners
  - Address operational challenges and provide guidance on business strategy
  - Prepare and distribute necessary reports by compiling pharmacy data
  - Conduct in-store implementations and support personnel in executing solutions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field
  - Minimum of five (5) years of industry experience or directly related experience
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills, preferably bilingual in English and Spanish
  - Advanced knowledge of retail pharmacy industry trends and profitability improvement techniques
  - Proven business tactics and strong interpersonal skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in mentoring or training others in a retail pharmacy setting
  - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  - Advanced knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes
  - Credible image in the industry with good marketing skills
  - Ability to adapt communication style to various audiences
