What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver professional and empathetic service in both Quebecois French and American English via phone
- Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Guide customers through account setup, updates, and resolution of any technical or account-related problems
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on cases as needed
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in Quebecois French AND American English is a strict requirement
- Must reside within the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be Microsoft Office proficient, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Familiarity with account management and troubleshooting processes
- Strong typing skills with a minimum of 30 words per minute (WPM)
