- Req#: 68576000013525001
- Liaise with Head Office in choosing courses from top universities in the US.
- Communicate with universities to design courses/training for HO employees.
- Review courses provided by Universities and implementation.
- Coordinate logistics for all training programs.
- Research and collect material on all programs.
- Prepare reports for HO
- Be in charge of training schedules.
This position works closely with Head Office HR team to oversee the bank's training program

Requirements
- BA or higher in Business, Leadership, Development or a specialty in Training
- Prior experience (at least 4 years) within the Learning, Development or Training fields
- Experience in Planning and Research
- Strong bilingual Mandarin proficiency
- Strong Excel and Word
- Liaise with Head Office in choosing courses from top universities in the US.
