- Naturally helpful, patient, and caring in their approach to resolving credit card payment issues en inglés y en español.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills through phone interactions.
- Attentive and detail-oriented in finding the best solution for our customers.
- Negotiate and collaborate to find resolutions for customers’ inquiries and payment issues.
- Achieve performance goals consistently and efficiently.
- Monthly and quarterly performance-based incentives.
- Bilingual differential for fluency in Spanish - 15% (included in starting wage of $18.40/hr.)
- Consistent schedule Monday through Friday with opportunities for time off based on volumes.

Onsite Bilingual Collections Representative - $18.40/hr. plus monthly performance incentive opportunities! Monday through Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm, NO FINES DE SEMANA!
