      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually and in-person at various partner locations
      - Actively listen to eligible members, adopting a problem-solving attitude in all communications
      - Educate partners about the services offered and link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
      - Promote effective communication among internal teams and community partners
      - Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel, ensuring member continuity in the enrollment process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a metric or quota-driven environment
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills in both languages
      - Must be physically located in California
      - Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance
      - Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms
