What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually through phone, text, email, and in-person at various locations
- Listen openly to eligible members, understanding that enrollment may require multiple outreach attempts
- Offer education to partners regarding the employer's services, focusing on linking eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
- Explain the services and benefits of Enhanced Care Management to build trust with potential members
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel, ensuring consistent updates on funnel stages, including delays and blockers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be physically located in the United States
- 1+ year of experience working in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms
- A valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance
