What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program through various communication channels
- Listen openly to eligible members, adopting a proactive approach to enrollment
- Educate partners about the services offered and link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
- Promote effective communication among internal teams and partner organizations
- Manage the enrollment process, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be physically located in California or have a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace for remote work
- 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
- 1+ year of experience in cold calling
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
