What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll individuals into the program virtually and in-person through various communication methods
- Listen openly to eligible members, understanding that enrollment may require multiple outreach attempts
- Educate partners about the employer’s services, focusing on linking eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel to ensure members continue through the process
- Promote effective and timely communication among internal teams and external partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a metric or quota-driven environment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance
- Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms
