      The opportunity:

      As part of the WSP Coordinators team, you will manage the cases from when the referral comes in to case closure. You will be the contact person for the referring agent (manager, employer, HR), the employee and the counsellor and will interact with these stakeholders in English and French.

      How you will make an impact:

      • You will act as direct contact for the corporate customer, the client and the counsellor for the entire duration of all cases;

      • You will ensure proper release and documentation is received directly from corporate customer to document cases and initiate WSP service within aggressive timelines;

      • You will assign cases to appropriate counsellor in consultation with Clinical Supervisor;

      • You will ensure monthly reports are received from the counsellor within designated timelines and that all required information is properly documented;

      • You will assist the counsellor network with all WSP administrative and procedural concerns.

      Are you the missing piece of the puzzle:

      The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English and can communicate in a professional manner with stakeholders. They also have strong organizational skills and are comfortable interacting with vulnerable people.

      • You have a certificate or bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or a mental health related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience;

      • You are fully bilingual in French and English (oral and written);

      • You possess at least two years of experience as a coordinator or in an administrative position;

      • You have customer service experience and demonstrate empathy (experience interacting with a vulnerable population is an asset);

      • You have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, verbally and through email;

      • You are a highly reliable achiever who has strong organizational skills and pays attention to detail;

      • You have excellent computer skills and are very familiar with all Microsoft 365 software applications;

      • You are comfortable in a fast pace environment where interruptions are frequent;

      • You are a team player who values collaboration with others;

      • You are available to work from 11am to 7pm, Eastern time (or 8am to 4pm Pacific time).
