What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with clients through outbound calls regarding outstanding payments on credit cards, personal, and business accounts
- Educate and provide advice on credit solutions, negotiate tailored payment arrangements for overdue accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work independently in a structured environment as a Remote Office Employee
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and problem resolution skills
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
- Flexibility to work various shifts Monday to Friday and Saturday
- Desire to build exceptional client experiences and mitigate risks
