What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound(dialer) calls a day
- Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and any general mortgage information
- Discuss Mr. Cooper customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
- Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6 months or more with customer service experience
- 6 months or more with call center experience
- Must reside within 60 miles from office location
- Comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training – equipment is provided
- Attendance required for the first 90 days of training is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
