      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers with a variety of healthcare-related inquiries, including insurance plan changes and appointment scheduling
      - Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers of relevant changes
      - Provide detailed reviews of member insurance plans and assist in finding primary care physicians
      - Communicate effectively while toggling between multiple systems to ensure efficient service
      - Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Fluent in both English and Spanish
      - Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
      - Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency for navigating multiple systems
      - Open availability for scheduling between 7 am-2 am EST, 7 days a week
