What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
- Assist members in navigating their healthcare needs and finding primary care physicians within their network
- Provide detailed information to customers about changes affecting their healthcare plans
- Utilize multiple systems simultaneously while communicating effectively with customers
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve member satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency necessary for toggling between multiple systems
- Open availability to work between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with VoIP systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive customer situations
- Previous experience in remote work environments
