What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
- Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers of relevant changes
- Provide guidance to members in finding primary care physicians within their network
- Use multiple systems to communicate effectively with customers during calls
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency for navigating multiple systems
- Open availability to work between 7 am-2 am EST, 7 days a week
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with healthcare insurance policies and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy
- Previous work experience in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
