      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual is a must
      - Minimum typing speed of 25-30 words per minute

      - Punctuality and excellent attendance record
      - Ability to pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role
      - Familiarity with computer skills in a Windows-based environment
