      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Answer incoming calls and provide customer care and enrollment services.
      - Track and document all inquiries and complete associated tasks.
      - Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics.
      - Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials.
      - Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities and escalate calls or issues as needed.

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - High School diploma or equivalent.
      - Customer Service experience preferred.
      - Must reside in or within 70 miles of Edinburg, TX.
      - Must be willing and able to work onsite during training.
      - Bilingual candidates must be fluent in reading, speaking, and writing in Spanish.
