      Primary Responsibilities:

      - Schedule in-home visits with a Physician or Nurse Practitioner by calling members
      - Assist members with their inquiries by answering inbound calls
      - Ensure accurate scheduling and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns

      Requirements:

      - High School Diploma / GED or higher education
      - 1+ years of work experience
      - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean
      - Ability to work 9:00am-5:30pm PST/10:00am-6:30pm MST
      - Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements

      Preferred Qualifications:

      - Experience working in the healthcare industry
      - Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare
      - Experience working in a customer retention focused role

      Telecommuting Requirements:

      - Reside within Pacific or Mountain time zone
      - Dedicated work area that provides information privacy
      - Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
      - Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
      - Must be able to connect directly into the internet via hard wire

      Additional Information:
