      The Children's Guild provides comprehensive, individualized education and family services to empower children, families, and communities to thrive. Our schools are looking for a dedicated bilingual intern to support our admissions process.

      Key Responsibilities:

      ▪ Follow up on leads from our marketing team through phone, email, and virtual meetings

      ▪ Conduct engaging in-person school tours for prospective families

      ▪ Provide Spanish-language communications and translations as needed

      ▪ Maintain accurate records in our admissions database

      ▪ Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and in-person tours

      ▪ Respond to inquiries about programs, enrollment requirements, and timelines

      ▪ Support admissions events, open houses, and information sessions (virtual and in-person)

      Qualifications


      Ideal Candidates Have:

      ▪ Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a college/university program (preferably in Early Childhood Education, Communications, Marketing, Social Work, or related field)

      ▪ Fluent bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (written and spoken) - required

      ▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      ▪ Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

      ▪ Comfort with technology and virtual communication platforms

      ▪ Passion for education and helping families

      ▪ Reliable transportation for school tours and events

      ▪ Professional appearance and demeanor for in-person interactions
