Executive Chef
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90036
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000/year (full-time, no tips)

About Us:
Our upscale senior living community seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. We offer elegant dining experiences for our residents, and we're looking for a skilled chef to elevate our cuisine.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality dishes
- Develop and execute menus for fine dining, special events, and daily meals
- Manage kitchen staff, providing training and mentorship
- Source and purchase ingredients, maintaining budget and quality standards
- Collaborate with dietary team to accommodate resident dietary needs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Participate in community events and activities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of executive chef experience in fine dining, country clubs, or high-end restaurants
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent culinary techniques and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Executive Chef (CEC) or Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC)
- Experience with senior living or healthcare food service or country club dining
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and therapeutic diets
- Strong communication and customer service skills
