      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support students through every step of the financial aid process, ensuring they have all the necessary information to succeed
      - Provide exceptional service with compassion, clarity, and efficiency to help students overcome financial hurdles
      - Identify and address barriers to starting or continuing school with creative and effective solutions
      - Educate students on federal aid, FAFSA, scholarships, and more to help them make informed financial decisions
      - Collaborate closely with Admissions, Student Services, and other teams to enhance student satisfaction and success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales; 2 years in Financial Aid preferred
      - Experience with Title IV preferred
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Some college coursework in relevant fields
      - Familiarity with financial aid processes and regulations
      - Experience in a higher education setting
      - Proficiency with computer applications, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
      - Previous experience in advising or counseling roles
