What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make and respond to all calls as needed
- Maintain composure and professionalism during challenging calls
- Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
- Triage calls appropriately to ensure the right level of response
- Document all calls electronically
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Tier 2 security clearance per contract requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with immigrant populations and/or child welfare field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with Office of Refugee Resettlement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with unaccompanied children or refugee minors
- Minimum of 2 years' experience interviewing children
- Ability to work weekends, nights, evenings, and holidays as needed
