      What is the opportunity?

      As the Bilingual Group Quote Coordinator, you will provide superior support to Advisors, Clients, Group Sales Consultants, and internal/external business partners through timely and accurate delivery of proposal. You will ensure Service Level Agreements are consistently met and are within internal quality standards.

      What will you do?

      • Receive Canada wide Requests to Quote (RTQ) requests

      • Determine if the Group meets eligibility requirements

      • Identify and obtain any missing/incomplete information from the Broker / Advisor

      • Proactively partner and collaborate with Underwriting/Sales/Internal and external business partners

      • Maintain and update Salesforce.com and GRAPE in timely fashion to ensure accurate case status and case workflow

      • Accurate input of occupation codes and plan designs into GRAPE as well as running manual rates

      What will you need to succeed?

      Must-Have:

      • 1 to 2 years office experience

      • Must be fluently bilingual in both English and French, written and spoken

      • Excellent organizational skills, initiative and proactive, work well with others

      • Intermediate knowledge of Group products and risk assessment requirements

      • Attention to detail

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Systems and Applications

      **Please note, this role will primarily be a remote position
