      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide short-term telephone consultation using Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to callers in a compassionate manner
      - Build rapport with callers and assess their needs to determine appropriate interventions and resources
      - Educate callers about Alzheimer’s disease and connect them to local community resources and crisis services
      - Document call interactions accurately, including presenting issues, interventions, and action plans
      - Handle high-emotion situations with empathy, helping callers to assess their circumstances and make informed decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required; licensure preferred (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC)
      - Bilingual skills in English and Spanish required
      - Minimum of one year of experience in a relevant field, with 2-3 years preferred
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, or holidays
      - Must have a private, distraction-free home office with a hard-wired internet connection

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience utilizing Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) or similar clinical modalities
      - Familiarity with the healthcare industry, mental health, aging, and disability services
      - Strong skills in listening, assessment, and empathy in clinical settings
      - Proficiency in navigating various computer systems and troubleshooting technology issues
      - Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a virtual environment
