- Support the origination officers with preparation of marketing materials for various lease/financing structures (including cross-border transactions), credit applications, rating materials, transaction documents, and other internal documentations.
- Assist the maintenance of existing portfolio by handling the administrative duties of amendments and terminations.
- Research accounting, tax, regulatory developments and/or rules.
- Create various periodical reports, such as, risk analysis report, self-assessment report, credit exposure report, and regulatory report.
- Prepare the new internal / external reports in coordination with other divisions.
- Handles the corporate secretary role of the leasing subsidiaries, such as officer appointments, and duty assignments preparations.
- Assist in the team profitability planning and analysis.
- Maintain and amend the policy and procedures to keep them up to date.
- Assist various process enhancement projects in lease administration team.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced skill in Excel
- Strong organizational skill with ability to multi task
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Japanese verbal and written communication skills are strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, accounting, economics, engineering and/or other business related concentrations is required.
- 3+ years of banking or other financing related business experience.
