      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Use scripted responses to answer questions from the public
      - Enter information required for processing Census forms
      - Collect and enter Census data into an Internet Self Response instrument
      - Conduct all transactions accurately, courteously, and in a timely manner
      - Report to a supervisor and work as part of a team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Fluent in both English and Korean
      - Six months of customer-service experience
      - Detail-oriented
      - Strong written, verbal, and typing communication skills
      - Effective administrative and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Security clearance
      - Experience in data entry or administrative tasks
      - Multilingual abilities
      - Knowledge of the Census process
      - Strong problem-solving skills
