- 1 year of logistics experience in freight forwarding.
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong email correspondence skills.
- Professional demeanor with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Revise and update shipment instructions and quotes.
- Request missing shipment information as needed.
- Respond promptly to emails.
- Follow executive instructions and company policies for shipment handling.
- Arrange daily pickups with vendors and follow up until delivery.
- Ensure shipment documentation matches cargo quantities.
- Request bookings, generate shipment documents, and send pre-alerts.
- Notify customers of shipment status and delays.
- Request commercial support quotes and revise consignment instructions.
- Send loading plans to the warehouse and assist with cargo identification.
- Invoice shipments, send invoices to customers, and manage cost sheets.
- Address shipment discrepancies and open disputes with vendors.
- Manage document transmission for domestic shipments.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
