      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Build community relationships and drive self-generated sales to meet sales goals and metrics
      - Interact with customers, business partners, and the community through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions
      - Sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on services
      - Participate in grass roots marketing, field sales community events, and home visits
      - Sell additional products such as life, annuity, indemnity, dental, vision, and prescription plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Ability to have daily face-to-face interactions with prospective members in the field
      - Bilingual with fluency in both English and Spanish
      - Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain prior to start date
      - Experience with technology and CRM tools
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license
      - Associate's or Bachelor's degree
      - Experience with TEAMS and PowerPoint
      - Experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism
      - Prior experience selling Medicare products
