What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handling inbound patient calls, providing information and solutions
- Verifying insurance and payment methods
- Coordinating delivery and set-up of equipment and services
- Documenting all activities in patient records
- Resolving patient concerns and coordinating corrective actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years in a related administrative/customer service role; healthcare or medical office experience
- 6 months working with healthcare insurance
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of home health, DME, and Enteral nutrition products
