      We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Sales and Service Director to join our Spanish Operations, Sales and Service team! You will be on the front line of driving GEICO’s long-term profitable growth by leading a talented sales and service team for our Property and Commercial Lines business.

      Responsibilities:

      • Prepare for approval all necessary business plans and budgets, interviewing, selecting subordinates.

      • Guide and mentor associates through performance appraisals, salary adjustments, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a high-performing team.

      • Direct the technical and clerical Sales and Service activities of Somos (we are) GEICO teams.

      • Coordinate strategies with other functional areas within GEICO including Service/ Compliance/ and Product organizations.

      • Review work procedures, recommend new procedures as necessary, and coordinate technical and clerical Sales business with other Departments in the Company.

      • Adhere to the GEICO Code of Conduct, the GEICO Claims Code of Conduct, company policies and operating principles.

      Location: This position is a hybrid role, on-site 4 days per week at one of the following office locations: Katy, TX; Richardson, TX; Lakeland, FL; Tucson, AZ.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree with relevant academic background required.

      • Proven track record leading bilingual sales or customer service teams in financial services, or telecommunications preferred.

      • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, preferred.

      • Good planning, organizational, decision-making and communication skills.

      • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment and get work done through others.

      • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic judgment, enabling effective resolution of complex business challenges utilizing strong conflict resolution, organizational and priority setting skills.

      • Expertise in handling heavy call volume in a fast paced work environment, resolve complex business problems and handle complicated customer issues.

      • Attain and maintain the required licenses issued by the state insurance department of various states.

      • Aptitude to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.
