What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all patient communication, including outreach, engagement, scheduling, and billing follow-up
- Schedule virtual visits and outpatient procedures with both internal and third-party providers
- Follow up with patients via various communication channels to enhance engagement
- Compile and verify data for reporting, identifying and correcting deficiencies
- Document customer and account data and generate standardized reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or operational role supporting patient care
- Experience as a medical assistant
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong data and analytics skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
