      Job Title: Office Manager (Bilingual)

      Location: Beverly Hills

      Salary: $30-40 per hour

      Job Summary:

      We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our property management team in Beverly Hills. As a bilingual Office Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our front office, communicating with tenants, and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

      Responsibilities:

      - Answer phone calls and respond to tenant inquiries
      - Call tenants to collect rent and follow up on overdue payments
      - Prepare and fill out forms for leases, renewals, and other property management documents
      - Conduct credit checks and background screenings for new tenants
      - Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and clients
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
      - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

      Requirements:

      - 2+ years of experience in property management or a related field
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
      - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
      - Experience with credit checks and background screenings
      - Knowledge of property management laws and regulations
