What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with customers and assist in completing loan applications
- Proactively sell loan products and highlight associated benefits
- Ensure accuracy in applications to mitigate business risks
- Drive applications to completion to increase receivables
- Manage and escalate customer-impacting issues to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service, Sales, or related experience
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a quiet workspace with reliable internet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of Sales experience
- Experience as a Discover Loan Specialist within Personal Loans
- Bilingual in Spanish
