What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to account inquiries and provide scripted responses
- Assist with lost stolen reports and credit card replacement orders
- Identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One full year of recent contact center or work-from-home experience
- Must be flexible with work schedules
- Remote office internet connection with minimum speed requirements
- Must be on camera at all times
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous work experience in a fraud-related field
