What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to account inquiries and provide scripted responses to fraud detection alerts
- Assist with lost stolen reports and credit card replacement orders
- Identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
- Maintain accurate documentation of fraudulent charges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have one full year of recent contact center or work from home experience
- Remote office internet connection with minimum speed requirements
- Must be on camera at all times
- US-based role
