- Assemble necessary case documentation for processing
- Manage communications between car owners, auto dealers, and lending institutions
- Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer
- Provide timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience
- Ability to work within specified shifts, Monday to Friday
- Strong attention to detail and computer skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in banking, mortgages, accounting, or automotive dealership
- College degree
