Job Description

- Work directly with the customer to gather technical requirements
- Capture requirements and build system
- Ability to test the system build
- As required, provide phone registration support for customer
- Provision of customer training sessions, i.e. Pre-Go Live Admin training session and Post Go Live Admin training session
- Following Go Live, provide customer technical support for a one-week period to confirm with customer there are no further outstanding issues prior to transitioning to ongoing support services team, i.e. Day 2 support
- A professional communicator with excellent telephone skills; must be fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English
- Strong organizational skills and administrative background in a fast-paced environment
- Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving skills
- Very detail-oriented with time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Technical aptitude
- Minimum of 1 year related experience with a Technical diploma
- Knowledge of VoIP technology and terminology
- telecommunications cloud based system programming.
- Initial configuration of user system, e.g. user programming, and SIP trunk provisioning
- Possess a technical knowledge of Linux/Unix, Networking and VM Ware
- Prior Avaya, exposure in serving Global Customers
- Session Border Controller (SBC)
- Advanced Troubleshooting skills with knowledge of Wireshark
- System and Session manager and CM experience
- Linux red hat distributions
