What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Train to serve as back up for data entry for railcar invoicing
- Submit monthly and quarterly updates, and customer reports
- Provide administrative support and back-up assistance to Office Manager or Billing Manager
- Begin training/understanding of railcar terminology and AAR Field Manual Rules
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and all duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience
- High school degree or equivalent
- Proficient in data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
- Good communication and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in transportation or logistics industry
- Knowledge of railcar terminology and AAR Field Manual Rules
