What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review sales tax calculations and coordinate tax table updates with IT
- Maintain invoice logs and tax summaries while updating Excel billing templates
- Resolve complex billing issues and evaluate root causes for problem resolution
- Train Billing Specialists on billing processes and conduct daily billing reconciliations
- Analyze client specifications to determine systemic solutions for special invoice requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with an Accounting emphasis or an advanced degree
- 3+ years of accounting operations experience in a high-volume processing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
- Proven ability to build partnerships and meet established deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of relevant accounting operations experience in a high-volume processing environment without a bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated team building skills and a quality-oriented mindset
