      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor outstanding balances and proactively follow up on overdue accounts
      - Collaborate with customers to address payment concerns and maintain detailed records of collections activities
      - Prepare and distribute complex accounts receivable invoices using billing platforms
      - Ensure timely receipt and application of payments while maintaining accurate accounts receivable records
      - Assist with billing portal registrations and compliance efforts in coordination with relevant teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; major in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field preferred
      - Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in billing and accounts receivable
      - Experience with accounting ERP systems, particularly NetSuite and Salesforce
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications, with advanced skills in Excel
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle and analyze large datasets
