Job Summary

Manages assigned team members to ensure work is being completed on time and in an accurate fashion. Delegating tasks to team members to ensure proficiency. Monitors workload being completed to ensure it is an accordance to the client service agreement with high accuracy, under strict timelines, and be compliant with company policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the optimization and improvement of billing processes and SOP’s
• Verify system-generated invoicing amounts and ensure compliance with the service agreement
• Collaborate with Senior management on improvement initiatives to satisfy business requirements

• Oversee, coach, mentor and develop a high performing team that delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
• Act as the go-to high level escalation contact
• Oversee payments, posting to general and sub ledgers and account reconciliations
• Review and reconcile client accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing
• Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable to general ledger
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and resolve escalated billing inquiries

• Leading communication between billing team members and the operations team to verify and resolve any vendor invoicing related issues
• Monitors and approves team members ITR daily
• Responsible for Performance Reviews
• Other duties as require for this position

Experience:

• Related logistics experience would be an asset
• Minimum of 3-5 years in the sector of transportation, logistics, supply chain or equivalent

Education:

• Completion of secondary school, college or equivalent business administration experience is preferred

• Must not put other workers at risk by your actions
