What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely and accurate input of demographic and insurance information
- Manage billing edits and other clarifications
- Provide support to multiple practices in multiple states in the region
- Manage Quality Control of data uploads into billing system
- Perform other duties assigned by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- 1-2 years of experience in the same/related field, preferred
- Basic understanding of insurance and billing, preferred
- Skill in keyboarding/data entry (60 wpm), required
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment
- Skill in computer applications including MS Word, MS Excel
- Skill in verbal and written communication
- Skill in gathering and reporting information
- Ability to learn quickly and apply training quickly and effectively
- Ability to work in multiple systems at once
- Must have a pleasant disposition and be a team player
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Communicate well with the public
- Ability to read, write, and speak English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a charge entry specialist or in a related field in the healthcare industry
