      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process and confirm the accuracy of incoming reports and invoices
      - Perform general office duties, including filing and handling routine correspondence
      - Notify customers of delinquent accounts and maintain accounting records
      - Prepare accurate monthly and weekly reporting to meet customer needs
      - Participate in team meetings and work on special projects as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required
      - Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

      - Experience in an accounting or billing role is preferred
