      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review encounter documentation to ensure reported services are accurate
      - Resolve pre-bill edits to confirm correct coding (modifier, diagnosis, CPT, and HCPCS)
      - Educate providers on correct coding and documentation guidelines
      - Utilize coding resources to facilitate accurate billing
      - Address queries from providers and practice administration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)
      - Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
      - In lieu of degree/certification, must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of healthcare or professional office experience
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with billing systems
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the EPIC Resolute billing system
      - Additional certifications such as CPC, RHIT, or RHIA
