What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Evaluate clients' billing requirements, including HCFA/UB/Dental/sliding fee schedules.
- Create and educate customers on best practice workflow.
- Build and maintain good billing workflows in the software.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure proper system build and billing setup.
- Provide guidance to clients on clearing house enrollment and facilitate the enrollment process.
- Set up clients' systems and train them on using eClinicalWorks software based on their billing workflow.
- Establish and maintain relationships with provider offices.
- Train clients remotely on conducting billing processes using the software.
- Analyze clients' financial health monthly to identify reimbursement trends and denials.
- Make workflow recommendations to improve back-office operations.
- Understand month-end reporting and processes.

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 3 years of medical billing experience with knowledge of RHC/ASC/FQHC/Dental billing requirements.
- 3 years of experience with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial paper, and electronic claims processing.
- 3 years of experience with ICD, CPT, HCPC coding, reading EOB/ERAs, HCFA, Dental, UB claim submission, post payments, and refunds.
- 3 years of experience in eligibility verification and familiarity with HIPAA rules.
- 3 years of experience with billing workflow knowledge (claim life cycle).
